Email usBefore you write
A few things answer themselves faster than we can:
- Replies stopped entirely? Open Settings and check that Instagram still shows as connected. Access tokens expire and need reconnecting.
- A specific reply never arrived? Your Logs page records every attempt, including the reason Instagram gave for rejecting one.
- Replies paused mid-month? Check your usage on the Analytics page — you may have reached your monthly allowance.

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and how to have it deleted. Our Terms of Service covers cancellation and acceptable use.
Consumer Grievance Officer
Complaints about the service, a charge, or how your data has been handled can be sent directly to the officer named below. This is the grievance contact for consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it.

We acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and address it within one month. You keep every right and remedy the law gives you whether or not you write to us first — writing to the officer is not a condition of approaching a consumer commission or any other forum having jurisdiction. Deleting your data
You do not need to email us to stop the service, remove your Instagram data or delete your account — all three are in Settings. See Data deletion for every option, including full account deletion.
