Terms of Service

Effective August 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of ClasshAI, a product operated by BUILT FOR CREATORS (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

ClasshAI watches the Instagram account you connect for comments and direct messages, and sends the replies you have configured when one matches a rule you created. A comment rule can post a public acknowledgement and send a private reply. If you enable a follow gate, the viewer must use the confirmation action or send your fallback word in DM before we check that viewer’s follow relationship and send the final resource. You choose every keyword and message; automated private replies are identified as automated.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
  • You must have the right to operate the Instagram account you connect. Do not connect an account you do not control.
  • You are responsible for everything sent from your account through the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use ClasshAI to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or anything you would not send by hand.
  • Send content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent that a reply is written by a human in real time.
  • Violate the Meta Platform Terms or the Instagram Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt to circumvent your plan’s limits, or to access another creator’s data.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

Instagram is not ours

ClasshAI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. We operate through Instagram’s official APIs and are bound by their rules and rate limits. If Meta changes, restricts or revokes API access, features may stop working with little or no notice, and that is outside our control.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. The price shown on our pricing page is the amount charged. The amount shown is the amount charged — no tax is added at checkout. Indian customers are billed in rupees and customers elsewhere in US dollars; the currency is fixed when you first subscribe. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Each plan includes a monthly reply allowance and an active-rule limit. When you reach the reply allowance, further replies are paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade — they are not silently dropped, and your dashboard shows the usage.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not prorate partial months. Deleting your account instead cancels the subscription immediately, and the rest of that period is not refunded.
  • If a payment fails, your subscription is marked past due and replies stop until payment succeeds.

Refunds and cancellation

If the service materially fails to work and we cannot fix it, email support@classhai.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that billing period. We do not otherwise refund partial months. The full terms — how to cancel, what is refundable, and how long a refund takes to reach you — are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery is best-effort

Replies are queued and retried, but delivery depends on Instagram accepting them. We do not guarantee that every reply is delivered, or delivered within any particular time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Your content

Your rules and reply text remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and send them on your behalf. We do not use them for any other purpose.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for action taken against your Instagram account by Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account in Settings ends this agreement immediately and erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy and on our data deletion page. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and your use of ClasshAI are governed by the laws of India.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any right available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable consumer-protection law. Where applicable, a consumer may approach any consumer commission or other forum having jurisdiction under law.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@classhai.com so that we can try to resolve the issue. This informal step is not a condition to exercising any statutory right or remedy and does not limit any applicable limitation period.

If mandatory consumer-protection law in the country or region where you live applies and cannot lawfully be waived, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Consumer complaints can also be sent to our Consumer Grievance Officer, named with a direct email address on our contact page.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes are emailed to active creators before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. We record which effective date of these terms and of the Privacy Policy was published each time you sign in, so there is a record of the version you agreed to.
